There are SPOILERS in my review, read with caution.

The music although calming and relaxing at first became rather irritating. The style wasn't my favorite but something about it was charming although the cartoony look of it all really removed any threatening or creepy aspect that the creators were trying to preserve. The concept of astral projection in relation to this seemed out of place. As did the random murders. I was extremely disturbed as to how uncaring the main character was. Making fake ID's Taking all of the sleeping syrup that was intended for the Pizza's Man's wife. It all felt so misleading. Like you yourself weren't that good of a person. The smiles that were pasted on the characters faces when they talked about the terrible murders was also a tad disturbing. Couldn't you of made them at least seem somewhat upset over how to people were killed brutally?

All this was excusable though besides the biggest issue I had with the game. The dang piano puzzle was so confusing and hard to do that I had to find a walkthrough just to figure it out. Why would the piano class teacher paste the secret code on his free class papers?

The symbols almost all looked exactly the same. The way they were slightly shifted up and down made it difficult to understand which one was for which. The fact that the Piano itself had no colour difference or numbers or anything to help out the player besides a small green dot. These are made the game frustrating.

You guys have a LOT of potential but can you try to think things through a little more? The puzzles were either to easy or to awkward so try and improve on the puzzles.

This game reminds me almost exactly of Sword and Sorcery. Are you their artist?

As for the game it was pretty appealing, liked where you were going with it.

I love pixel art and I adore the music. I find the female characters to be incredibly interesting however it is FAR to easy to lose, this is my third or forth time playing and I always get the girl but it's to late. I die of boredom. I just find it a tad frustrating and felt that maybe making it even slightly easier would of helped.

Well I'm going to say this off the bat. I ADORED the music I don' t know why I just though ti twas beautiful. I also loved the gameplay and enjoyed that as well however there are a couple things I was disappointed in.

1. Level 35. Yes that's it this specific level was enough to make me almost stop playing and I felt it was a lot harder then the final level. The reason I felt this way was just how you made it unusually hard to do. For one there's a spinning ball above you and one below you which is pretty simple to deal with alone however since you decided to put spikes on EITHER side of the wall while jumping the game tedious and extremely frustrating. Every time I tried to jump on the green thing I'd always get shot into a wall. Even more annoying is the fact that once you get to the top you have to move to your right while also jumping while at the bottom. This took me what I felt was an hour of work I didn't need to do. PLEASE either remove one of the spiked sides or make it easier in some manner.

I was okay with the spikes in the other level being where you drop because it's not a pressure and react thing you just drop and do your best to get in the middle which is much easier but trying to direct where you jump, jump while the thing is making you auto bounce then move right it was just awful and the metal maces just made it almost unbearable.\

2. The second thing I was disappointed in was the ending. It was so simplistic I just expected something better then what was in store. Two simple pictures. Next time maybe a bit more text or a couple more pictures but the ending just didn't cut it for me. The angel thing was nice, just not enough.

At first I thought it was a bit to hard however once I beat it I felt it was just right. Something really hard but not unbeatable. It may help some people to use the fullscreen mode, the little figure when you start the game.

One thing I noticed is that the man has no mouth. Is that meant to be symbolic?

Also if you do anything I'd suggest making a squeal of some sort. With a bit more animation, jokes, creepiness. ect. Mostly because this has potential to have more in it. Not like this same moving and avoiding but maybe other mini games or other types of ways to play since the character seems so interesting. Like platforming or puzzles. Or even more animations if your willing. Cause I REALLY enjoyed the ending. Goodluck.

Thanks for playing and the good feedback.

Nice game however some things bother me. Mostly the boss. See I liked the boss really but the flashing white light was really painful to deal with and could likely give someone a seizure.
Could you maybe at least put a warning at the end? It was just to painful. Besides that I enjoyed it.

Some Spoilers may be present so please do not continue if you aren't prepared.

Well It took me about two days to finish this game because I ended up starting late at night. I'm a point and click kind of gamer so when I started playing this I did NOT expect the kind of in depth concepts and beauty I saw. I'm impressed, sincerely.

Now I see a lot of people complaining about issues with the game however I've noticed almost all of these issues are just individuals not being able to understand the game itself. There are areas of the game that LOOK hidden because it's so dark so keep your eyes peered!

On another note I ADORE the bosses. Seriously they were AMAZING and original. They were simple enough that you could figure out how to beat them while still making them look like gods.
I managed to get the good ending first and I'm so happy for that but the only issue I have with the game was...the only way for me to progress was to keep killing the bosses. I could understand utterly that going into their dungeons and seeking them out was a death wish however it never was my intention to kill a good amount of them so I felt bad every time I killed one. The Tentacle Beast, Time and the Owl specifically. Which actually was amazingly clever.

The owl was the most clever of all because you made it so you can LEAVE without killing it. It merely runs away and you don't get locked in. You wouldn't believe how many times I walked in, felt bad and left to try and find some other solution and when I killed the owl I felt exactly like a murderer.

If you ever make another game like this I'd be very pleased it you could give us some option on certain things that we kill. The Watcher was the only one we had a choice with without actually having to worry about finishing the game or not and I just felt like the owls death was in vain even if I refused to kill the watcher.

Finally as for the Watcher himself. He was one of my favorite Relic creatures. The fact that as soon as you leave to the fores you see him frightened me. As he watched you make every brutal murder and raid every dungeon. For awhile he would creep me out but eventually I only felt guilty. He was a great touch and brought a lively familiar feeling. The effort to adding him in so many places just made the game not feel as cold and heartless as a lot of others. Like there was purpose.

Anyhow again this is a beautiful game, very clever and very thoughtful. I was beyond impressed and you did a great job of making us feel like we were the character. Even the added details with the villagers. Like the one who spoke of his dreams in relation to..you guessed it. Us. Those little details were enough to tip it over the edge as one of my favorite games of all time.

5 out of 5 thank you so much for this experience.

The style is lovely the music is AMAZING the voices are awesome the concept is great. I just wish I had money to buy it. A lot of the best Point and clicks aren't really available free which sucks but understandable. Since I can't pay for it I can at least spread it to some friends. Thank you.

SPOLIER AHEAD

Alright so that one part where you put the frog on the rope made no sense to me. Really I didn't understand what I was supposed to do. On another note, what was the point of the opossum?
All in all it just felt like the game was a bit rushed.

This game was good in some ways. It quickly became a bit more interesting then you would expect but try and expand on your creation. Give the characters walking poses and make the ending more interesting. Instead of him just telling his brother what he did why not bring the flashback to an end and make the brother chase you to the end of the cave. Or fight him.
In other words it had a lot of potential but it felt a little bit rushed like you had a great idea but for some reason you didn't want to finish it and then decided to make it an experimental game. Finally after the first time I played I tried to play again and now the screens being all crazy. LIke it's almost utterly white so I can't earn the rest of the medals.
